High effective HPLC preparative system containing Uv-vis photodiode array detector, preparative pump and gradient box.the system is variable and allows different configurations of components. Detector measuring absorbance on four wavelengths simultaneously in one cell just as whole spectrum (scan). Preparative quaternary isocratic pump with flow-rates up to 50, 100 or 300 ml/min works together with gradient box as a gradient pump, achieving a preciselow-pressure gradient. Communication of all units is through rs232.

High effective HPLC system containing Uv-vis detector, column oven, analytical pump and gradient box. the system is va-riable and allows different configurations of components. Detector with continuously variable wavelength 190-800/600 nm and very low noise level offers high-speed sampling up to 100 Hz. Isocratic pump with flow-rate up to 10 ml/min and pressu-re limit 40 mpa works together with gradient box also as gradient pump and is equipped with four way gradient mixing valve and degasser. Column oven with peltier heating/cooling can accommodate up to 3 columns. Communication of all units is through rs232 or lan.

Clarity is advanced Chromatography Data station with optional software modules for data acquisition, data processing and instrument control. its wide range of data acquisition interfaces (a/D converters, lan, UsB, rs232) allows connection to any our unit. single instrument sW is possible extend by sW module for lC control, sW module for as control, sW module for system suitability test, sW module for pDa Data processing, single instrument add-on and Offline version for data processing.
All ECOM units drivers are included in Module LC Con-trol. Drivers contain full control of instruments as well as diagnostics tools and are made by eCOm with Dataapex supervision that guarantees the highest quality and full integration into the Clarity station.

ECD2800 / ECD2600 UV-VIS Detector APATITEUv-vis detector with continuously variable wavelength in the range of 190 – 800 nm (190 – 600 nm) and noise level 3x10-6 aU. Controlled by rs232, lan or using keypad. aC05 analytical cell is included.
Detector with interference filter allowing to adjust the unit at one fixed wavelength in range of 200-600nm. noise level at 254nm is 5x10-6 aU. the unit is controlled via rs232 and it is supported in software eCOmaC and Clarity.

ECP2010 Analytical HPLC PumpWorks as isocratic pump and together with Gradi-ent Box eCB2004 also as gradient pump. Flow-rate range is 0.01–10 ml/min and pressure up to 40 mpa. Unit software includes new learning algorithm for pulsation suppression and many testing and diagnostic features.
these graphs show linear and stepped gradient (10 % steps and at the beginning and end 1 %) performed on HplC pump eCp2010 and gradient box eCB2004. this is used for measuring and testing performance criteria such as accuracy and repro-ducibility of solvent delivery system in production.

Box is suited for handling liquids in eCOm gradient systems. it accommodates container for solvent bot-tles, built-in high-efficiency vacuum degasser and four way gradient valve. Up to four solvent lines may be degassed simultaneously by one unit.
Four way gradient valve is controlled from the pump eCp2010. Box can be also supplied as a simple container for solvent bottles – eCB2006.

the peltier heating/cooling column oven with a big compartment room can accommodate up to 3 columns with length up to 25 cm. Unit is controlled via the keypad, rs232 or lan interface. settable overheating temperature protection to prevent destruction of
temperature sensitive columns caused by handling errors. Column oven can be also supplied only with heating option with temperature range up to 99° C as eCO2099.

all DaD detectors have numerous self-test functions, such as error messages, which allow easy problem identification and testing. test sW used in production releases valid production report only for units which met all requirements. Test report contains stored setting parameters, lamp working hours, lamp starting voltage and current, wavelength adjusting accuracy, lamp intensity and many other information. For service purpose is available service SW which allows comfortable units testing and diagnostics, ena-bling sending diagnostic report to service center easily, helping to simplify and speed up communication with them.
