Jones uses an approach he calls “ActiveCoaching” with coaching clients and teams. He acts as a personal trainer for the mind and heart, helping individuals to own who they are in order to influence and inspire their teams and organizations. Jones currently lives in Atlanta, GA., with his wife and four children. He is a Penn State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in speech communications, and he received his teaching certification in secondary English education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
