drink, made from the extract of hibiscus flowers

the same ingredient used in our secret recipe

for Roselle Chicken.

The ringing bell at noon signals the arrival of

each days catch. In Tanjong Jara, the fare on

offer is matched in variety only by the settings

where you can savour your meal. Gazing out

to sea at the nelayan, under the shade of

Bumbung Situated on the upper floor of double storey units that look

44 rooms out into tropical landscaped gardens, blue sea and sky, the

55sqm bumbung rooms are constructed from warm timber in

traditional Malay style. Each 55 square metre room containsa spacious king-sized bed with a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Serambi Similar in setting and style to the bumbung, but occupies the

44 rooms lower unit and includes a private terrace.

Anjung Each kampong styled anjung room provides canopied

10 rooms terraces that extend into lush gardens with views of the sea

88sqm and a golden beach. 88 square metre interiors are furnished

with luxurious local materials. There is a large indoor shower

in the adjoining en-suite bathroom but for the more adventurous,

a sunken outdoor bath is available in its own private garden.

Anjung Suite Resting on stilts, in the style of the traditional homes of

1 suite local fishing villages, the 176 square metre anjung suite

176 sqm overlooks the river that runs through the Resort into the

South ChinaSea. An expanse of space and light, the livingand dining area has its own bar and powder room. Along

with a king-sized bed, the bedroom provides an adjoining

en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath and two vanity units.

Di Atas Sungei Delicious, lovingly crafted meals are served on a dark timber

balcony set over a flowing river and in a generous indoor area

of high beams and warm wood. With no menu, guests are

guided by the Resorts Menu Masters, experts in local cuisine,

who provide a disti nctive dining experience using only the

freshest produce of the highest quality.

Nelayan Providing a magni ficent view of the sea and a delectable

selection of seafood cuisine, with the faintest hint of western

influence, nelayan offers guests a choice between indoor and

al-fresco dining. With a light and airy atmosphere during the

day, nelayan assumes a romantic ambience after sunset. The

outdoor terrace provides perfect tranquility with soft sea

breeze and a live band strumming gentle tunes in the

background for company.

Teratai Terrace Situated beside the Resorts free-form pool with a view of

the South China Sea, teratai terrace serves cocktails in th
