PROJECT - PRODUCTION - TRANSPORT

TLC sp. z o.o. has got its own design and technological offices,

and modern, automated production plant. Proof of our hard work

and care of the highest quality of our products is the certificate

of conformity of the factory QA Department to the PN-EN 1090-1

standard issued by TÜV Süd Research Institute, and positive results

of many expertise and quality testing.

TLC Group is a Swedish-Polish producer of steel stairs, platforms and

temporary protection systems for industry and building sector with a

modern and automated production plant in Poland. The combination

of Swedish technology with Polish enterprise allowed to specialise

in selected group of products of the industry market. Thanks to that

we can offer a complex sales and rental service including project,

production and assembly of our products across the EU.

To cope with the market needs for the systems which allows for diaphragm walls constructing TLC Group designed the

discrete panels which meet expectations of the most demanding users.

TLC offers discrete panels in 3 basic lengths: 6, 9 and 12 meters. Elements can be connect together to get the required

length. The variety of different widths of panels allows to suit them to every type of excavation.

Complete identity of all elements which allows for easy assembly

Very good construction stability

Replaceable bolts which allows for replacement if overused

Ergonomic seal groove which provides from sliding out the seal

Possibility of creating second groove for seal if required

The first and middle element is made of 25mm thick highly wear resistant steel

sheet

The fixing end cut at 40O angle which allows for easy placement at the bottom of

excavation

The highest quality system produced in certified production plant

Three basic lengths and five widths. For a client requirements possibility of

producing individual sizes

All of the elements are reusable

TLC WALLZIP SYSTEM ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

FIRST ELEMENT ST2 - consists of the fixing end (boot) and female end (dock). The fixing end cut at 40O angle allows for easy and stable placement at the bottom of excavation. The female end allows for mating with another elements.

MIDDLE ELEMENT ST1 - consist of two female ends. It is used as a sequent elements to get the right length of panels to the excavation depth.

HEAD ELEMENT ST3 - the last element of the system which allows to placing and removing all the elements.

JOINING BOLTS S1 AND S2 - elements used as joints between particular elements of the WALLZIP system.
