The inventor of Dodge Hangers® is a builder with over 40 years experience. In that time, he repaired many homes with dry rot and pest problems at the foundation mud sill due to the incorrect installation of the wall sheathing or siding. He also experienced the dangers and difficulties of installing the decking on the roof.

Dodge Hangers® provide a simple proprietary design solution to these problems in the form of a system of strategically attached pieces of connective hardware placed uniformly around the structure at the foundation level and at the roof edge.

Dodge Hangers® are made of high quality 304 Stainless Steel for use on all types of lumber. These hangers will work in all environments, including coastal locations.

Dodge Hangers® come in four main designs: DHC, DHTL, DHR, & DHB. Depending on the size of the mudsill being installed, the hangers are 1.5” to 4.5” in height. The saddle comes in a variety of widths (3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8”), to fit the thickness of the material being installed.

Dodge Hangers® are practically invisible on the structure, so they will not interfere with the finished look. Yet they also have critical identification marks that can be used during the inspection process.

Dodge Hangers® immediately relieve the installer from having to position and hold heavy and hard-to-handle materials in place at low and high points of the structure, making them ergonomically friendly and a safer alternative to old methods.
