Netcracker’s Industry leading BSS/OSS solutions have globally enabled over 250 customers in their journey towards Business and Digital transformation. Netcracker leverages its comprehensive experience in transformation methodology and technologies in order to provide business value to its customers. With a BSS/OSS suite of products and technologies, that is complaint with Industry Standards, Netcracker provides a distinct advantage to its customers in their transformation journey.

Following is Netcracker’s Release 12.0 is a complete BSS/OSS suite with the Product/Components marked to show the relevance of this API being supported:

Netcracker’s Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) component is a part of CloudBSS solution provides fully automated end to end (E2E) lifecycle of the quoting and proposal process, starting with the moment a customer supplies their needs in a



company’s offering and ending with sending a detailed quote to the customer or prospect. It provides the following functionalities:

1. E2E Lifecycle Management of Quote.2. Automated and Manual Quote generation as per user requirement.3. Defining the quote expiration.4. Hides complexity of the products from user.5. Integrated Catalog-driven approach, providing a holistic view of up-to-date product

information’s. Enabling personalized product and services offerings with discounts.6. Detailed view of what customer is buying, cost and special offerings and discounts.7. Automation of “Quote to Order” Journey.8. Channel integration for automated delivery of quote to customer through preferred

channel.

2. Overview of Certified API

TMF648 (Quote Management) API has been implemented as a part of Netcracker’s CloudBSS Solution Suite and it is fully compliant with Release 17.5 of the API specification. The API has been self-certified in a controlled test environment within Netcracker.
