Concept

TMOS has been developed to take advantage of SMS automation. By simple use of a code a customer can send a request to order a service, buy an item or request a call back. TMOS collects specific information for the business about the So if a customer already knows what they want there is no need to queue and wait in line often at their cost. A simple message is sent to the desired number and TMOS responds on behalf of the business. TMOS informs the customer with an automatic receipt to say the transaction is being attended to and informs the business to act on behalf of the customer.
