Technical Superintendent (Engg)

Duties wlll be related to overall activities in the Maintenance wing of the Unit which includespreventive, fulfilling timely statutory requirements for the unit, breakdown maintenance of allplant and machineries with proper utilization of the assistance of the technicians' crew, withelght hours shift duty round the clock.

Technical Superintendent (Dairy)

Duties will be related to overall activities in the production wing of the Unit which includesplanning, supervision and executing of the productlon activities like chilling, processing, storing,packing, dispatch as per the market demand with proper utilization of manpower, with eighthours shift duty round the clock.

Dairy Chemist /Dairy Bacteriologist

Duties will be related to overall activities in the Quality Assurance department starting from thetesting of raw material till final product for its physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis;monitorlng of the day to day processing activities in the production wing by implementing GMp,GHP and allied works with eight hours shift duty round the clock,

Assistant Marketing Offi cer

Duties will be related to in charge of overseeing the promotion of the organization,s brand,developing pricing and marketing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting leadgeneration efforts, managing and coordinating marketing staff at profit centres,, leading marketresearch efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, logisticsarrangements, conducting market survey and to identify market share, market trends,competitors performance, etc with night hours duty for monitoring the logistic arrangements indefined intervals in different market zones.

Assistant Accounts Officer

Duties will be related to checking and supervising all the financial reports and documents,manage, govern and review all the accounts and budgets of all the departments of theorganization and conduct tax audits and prepare reports for the government and managementpurpose, coordinate the work of the organization with statutory and internal auditors, manageand supervise the work of all the assistant employees, analyzing the performance of the unitand assess the efficient and effective working of the same, collaborate with the finance andaccounting teams and initiate the timely preparation of the financial statements on a monthlybasis, assist for the purpose of formulating and evaluating the fiscal policies of the organizationand give suggestions for the improvement if required, to deal and check all the matters relatedto the banks, timely payment disbursal both internal and external.

Assistant Personnel Officer

Duties will be related to managing attendance and payroll of employees, managing employeewelfare schemes and its documentations, managing insurance policies of EDLI, gratuity etc.,gratuity payment and settlement, salary preparation and disbursement, managing lR relatedactivities, managing training and development of employees, managing service records ofemployees, maintaining confidentially in the official matters, manage statutory payments likeremittance of ESI contribution, PF contribution, EDLI etc, filling all statutory returns in time,handling files related to the pending cases and disputes of ERCMPU Ltd.

System Supervisor

Duties will be related to responsible for co-coordinating all necessary activities required for thesmooth functioning of Computer network of the Unit, working of Desktop/Laptop Computers,Server, UPS, other network devices, etc in respect of both hardware & Software by coordinatingall repair works in case of malfunctionin&/non-functioning of devices with Warranty/AMcparties, maintain backup files, maintain the interface equipment assets of the Unit, liaison withall departments for generation of necessary reports, assist / train personnel of the Unit for newsystems/technologies to be introduced or for the existing system/technology.

Marketing Organizer

Duties will be related to market development by appointing new dealers, new distributionroutes and improving institutional sales, monitoring of the market area and coordinate theactivities of distribution vehicleg conducting market survey and to identify market share, markettrends, competitors' performance, etc, handling customer complaints and settlement, logisticarrangements, coordinatlon with interdepartmental communication with production and qualitysections of the Unit, monitoring cash and credit sales, monitoring daily sales of dealers andidentiry the changes, improvements, loss etc with night hours duty for monitoring the logisticarrangements in defined intervals in different market zones.

Junior Supervisor (P&l)

Duties will be related to Anand Pattern Cooperative Societies Milk Collection activities,lnspection of all records associated with Milk Collection, Local Sales, Milk Testing and Milkdispatch of APCOS, lnspection of all records related to cattle feed purchase, / sales & stock,Frozen Semen Purchase, Artificial insemination & stock, cash book and general ledger,monitoring of the milk quality (Fat, SNF & MBRT) of the milk collected and dispatched by APCO

societies, creation of farmer awareness programme on milk & milk production enhancement,monitoring of the functioning of bulk milk cooling units, monitoring of the milk procurement &link routes, monitoring of cash balance & Bank transaction of APCOS etc.

10. Lab Assistant

Duties will be related to sampling of milk and milk products from road milk tanker, silos etc.conducting basic chemical test, COB, Acidity MBRT, FAT, SNF, monitoring of process parameterlike temperature, operational irregularities, chances of chemical contaminations, storage tanks /road milk tankers' cleaning sampling including visual examination of all tanks, assistmicrobiologist/chemist to conduct microbiological assessment tests, Routine tests like MBRT,

Line test, Tanker rinse test, heat stability of mill! Detection of Adulterants, preparation ofstandardlzation of Electronics Milk Testing Equipments etc with eight hours shift duty round theclock.

Technician (Boiler)

Duties will be related to attend daily operations of boilers in all required shifts, attend allpreventive and break down maintenance, maintain boiler log books, coordinate inspection ofstatutory bodies of boiler, stock maintenance of fuel required for boiler operation etc with eighthours shift duty round the clock.

Technician (Refrigeration)

Duties will be related to attend daily operations of refrigeration plants in all shifts with eighthours shift duty round the clock, to attend all preventive and break down maintenance,maintain refrigeration log books, stock maintenance of refrigerant and other accessoriesrequired for refrigeration plants, custodian of tools and spares for the repairs and maintenance.

Technician (Electrician)

Duties will be related to attend all kinds of repairs and maintenance of electrical equipments ofthe plant, office and machineries, attend statutory inspection of statutory bodies, operation andmaintenance of DG sets and maintaining log book, stock for fuel and consumables required forthe operation of DG sets transformer log book, custodian of tools and spares for the repairs andmaintenance with eight hours shift duty round the clock.

Technician (General)

Dutles will be related to attend all kinds of repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipmentsof the plant, office and machineries, maintenance of pneumatic and mechanical filling machines,maintenance of conveyors, weldinB works, custodian of tools and spares for the repairs andmaintenance with eight hours shift duty round the clock.
