Item #10 | Decorated Balsam Fir Christmas Wreathone of our most popular items, this wreath is made from fresh, fragrant and long-lasting northern Balsam Fir. Decorations include 3 white-tipped pine cones with 4 red holly berries per cone for wreaths from 18 to 30 inches. larger wreaths from 36 to 84 inches have 5 larger cones and holly berries. Cones are attached to the wreath. our beautiful bows are made from either velvet or plastic red waterproof ribbon. plastic bows come attached to one style of wreath, while the velvet bows — our most popular style — come assembled and boxed for easy installation. all wreaths can be hung from a wire attached to the bow.

Item #9 | Mixed Balsam Door Swagour swag is a charming addition to your customer’s home at Christmas. this lush, colorful product is made from fragrant balsam fir, with a touch of cedar and pine as an accent.

Decorations consist of two white-tipped pine cones and your choice of either a velvet or plastic red waterproof ribbon. swag is about 24-26 inches long and comes already bagged in plastic for your convenience.

Item #26 & Item #27 | Natural Balsam Garlandthis highly popular festive decorative garland is made from natural balsam fir boughs attached to a strong twine by our skilled employees. it is an excellent product for both indoor or outdoor decorating projects, and can be used almost anywhere. ideal for home or commercial applications. Diameter of garlands is 10-12 inches and comes in 15-25-50-100 foot coils. each coil is tied and has a length tag attached.

Decorations include a large stem of red cherries, several natural pine cones, cluster of birch tips and a beautiful multi-loop magic-pull decorator bow.

Our hand-crafted products have an interesting and detailed production story all their own!we’re extremely proud of the great diversity in our dedicated and experienced work force. From the high school and college students painting cones and winding berries during their summer break to the senior citizens assembling and decorating our products with consistent skill and enthusiasm. the goal of our employees is to produce the freshest and finest material for display in your home during the Holiday season — you can count on us!

our cone painting crew can prepare over 100,000 cones a day.

From June through august cones are wired for use in decorating wreaths and swags. Cones are delivered to us all summer from montana, south Dakota, washington, idaho and oregon for painting and preparation.

red holly berries for our wreaths are wound quickly by students.

our dedicated and talented crew of Hmong workers prepare cones during the summer.


Harvesting Boughs and Assembling Wreathsworkers unload the tons of evergreens required to keep our plants producing during the busy season. thousands of tons are cut and delivered each year creating hundreds of part-time jobs. generations of families currently work for evergreen industries picking boughs in the fall.

experienced cutters, assemblers and decorators work together to create the finest and freshest evergreen products available. Boughs are cut to just the right length for wreath assembly. after the wreath is completed, it is decorated, boxed and placed into our refrigerated warehouses for storage prior to being shipped to our customers nationwide.

Bough harvesting is all handwork and hard work. our pickers harvest only premium greens from balsam fir trees in minnesota, wisconsin, Upper michigan and Canada. trees are not cut down–only trimmed. this allows a continual harvest after the branches have regenerated. evergreen industries practices such conservative techniques to guarantee a renewable resource for your products.

skill and care are exercised throughout the production cycle to provide you with the highest quality products! our wreaths are made from balsam fir, which offers such ideal characteristics as durability in all climates, fragrance and traditional style.


Producing Balsam Swags and Garlandour experienced workers are shown assembling and decorating swags. they combine balsam fir, norway pine and white cedar to produce our very popular mixed Balsam swag. swags are our only product incorporating three different types of evergreens for a fragrant, breathtaking alternative to a wreath. each swag is enclosed in a plastic bag before being placed in boxes.

a large percentage of our fundraising groups sell garlands to their customers. it is an ideal item to be sold in addition to a wreath or swag! watch your sales grow each year when you offer a garland!

garland makers, or ropers as we call them, work individually to trim and assemble boughs into high quality garlands, a continuous length of material which is then cut into the length you order. each length is coiled, tied and a label indicating its size is attached, making it easy to identify if you’re purchasing several sizes.

Freight CostsAll our material is F.O.B. from our plant in Inver grove Heights, (St. paul, MN suburb). You can choose from one of the following shipping options.

1. evergreen industries can select the shipping carrier and add freight charges to your invoice. see price list for your cost (remember to add this to price of product to determine your total unit cost).

2. you can pick up your order yourself at our plant in inver grove Heights, mn.

3. you can make your own freight arrangements and advise us accordingly—see organizational Data sheet for further details.

Terms & Conditionswe unconditionally guarantee all our products for freshness and quality of construction. if you receive any defective material or shortages, we will immediately replace or credit your account as long as we are notified within 10 days after delivery.

1. we pride ourselves on the reliability of our delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by trucking strikes or embargoes, blizzards, storms, floods or other acts of god which affect delivery or production of material prior to delivery.

2. our payment terms to all qualified fundraising organizations is net 30 days from the day you make your delivery and collect your funds.

3. when placing your order, we assume most material has been pre-sold and not purchased on speculation, therefore no credits will be issued for unsold products.

4. your order must be placed no later than 14 days prior to the first day of your delivery date range and no later than november 15th. if these conditions are not met your order will be delayed.
