RESORT GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAYRegistration and Length of Stay: All persons must register upon arrival. Registration must be in the name of a person age 18 or older. Members, visiting members and associates need to present their resort ID at check-in. Guests must be pre-registered by the member or qualifying associate prior to check-in. If, after registration, a person wishes to change the room or site assignment, a request to move must be made at the front desk. A fee is assessed for the cancellation of any portion of a reservation without the appropriate notice. All persons need to vacate the rental room or campsite, including all personal property, on or before check-out time on the last day of the reservation period unless arrangements for a late departure are made. Failure to do so may result in a fine.Pets: Pets such as dogs and cats, pursuant to state health regulations and limited to a combination of two, are permitted on resort grounds, in camping units and designated rental rooms. Pets are not permitted anywhere else in resort buildings and pets in public areas must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Pets are not allowed in or near children’s playgrounds. Allowances are made for pets aiding those with disabilities. Pets left unattended in rental rooms must be in a carrier at all times. On the campsite the leash should not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction, portable pens & corrals are prohibited. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors at any time. Due to extra cleaning costs, pets in rental rooms not specifically designated for pets will be assessed a cleaning fee. Pet owners are required to carry a plastic bag with them whenever their pets are in an outdoor area. For sanitary reasons, individuals must pick up and properly dispose of pet droppings in the nearest trash bin; not down sewer risers. Pet owners are completely liable for their pets. Owners are asked to keep copies of pet vaccinations and licenses in their vehicle. If any pet rule is being violated or if any pet is creating a disturbance, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the premises. The Club reserves the right to pick up animals at large for delivery to proper authorities and cannot assume responsibility for injury or loss of animals.Propane Service: 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM for portable tank fills. The resort charges a fee and individuals may request this service at the front desk. The tank needs to be disconnected and set on the ground for pick up. Upon return, persons agree to follow proper cylinder storage and handling procedures.Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub: Only proper swimming attire (cut-offs and disposable diapers excluded), inflatable beach balls and personal sized flotation devices are permitted. Long hair is to be tied back. For reasons of health and safety, 14 is the minimum age for hot tub use. Swimming is done at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Time restrictions and posted rules must be obeyed at all times. No persons may take food, drink or gum inside the pool enclosure. All children are to be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.Sewer Hookup: The Sanitary Sewer District requires the use of water tight connectors on all applicable camping units. Wastewater discharge must be into authorized receptacles, never on the ground. Replace sewer cap upon departure.RV/Tent Sites: Only one camping unit (horse trailers, ice houses, park models and converted school buses are excluded) and up to two tents / tent like structures may be placed on the campsite. Tents and the like must be of reasonable size so as not to protrude from or overcrowd the site. At no time are camping units to be parked or tents / tent like structures to be pitched by rental units. The maximum number of persons utilizing a campsite at any one time is limited to eight, except that up to 12 may utilize the campsite if all 12 are immediate family members (husband, and/or wife and unmarried dependent children). No guests are permitted in this instance. Doormats, tents and tent like structures must be moved every four days to prevent grass damage. Do not place portable grills of any type on picnic tables. Remove all refuse from the grill and return the picnic table and grill to the cement pad prior to departure. Individuals will be charged for any damages incurred. Camping units and/or tents and other personal belongings may not be left unattended overnight. If a camping unit is to be parked without persons present it must be in unit storage. For this reason, camping units and/or tents left unattended on the campsite overnight may be assessed a moving and storage fee as set by the Board of Directors.Outside Clothes Drying: Drying is permitted on racks affixed directly to the camping unit. Trees, markers, etc., are not to be used for hanging laundry, equipment or tents.Wheeled Recreational Devices: Human-powered devices are permitted on resort grounds. Devices are not permitted in any building, shelter house or resort recreational facility. Skating on roads is prohibited between sunset and sunrise (darkness). Trail bikes, motorcycles, off-road vehicles and all other similar vehicles are not to be operated. The exceptions are licensed vehicles suitable for highway use, used only for primary transportation to and from the Welcome Center and assigned rental room or campsite and devices specifically manufactured to aid those with disabilities. Devices to aid individuals with disabilities may only be used by the person requiring such assistance.Campfires: Firewood is available for purchase. Inquire at the guardhouse or front desk. Help protect our trees and forest! Please do not bring out-of-state firewood into Cutty’s to prevent the introduction of Emerald Ash Borer.
