To integrate radius server following setting in the pc

Click on Manage wireless network

Click Add and Create manual nework profile (case sensitive) type SSID

NEXT

Change connection setting

Then click Security

Then click on setting and uncheck validate server certificate

Then configure and uncheck the option and ok

Then ok

Advanced setting

Check the specify authentication mode and drop down to user authentication and ok then ok and close
