ST. MICHAEL CATHOLIC CHURCH GUIDELINESFOR REQUESTING MASS INTENTIONInordertooffertheopportunityforallparishionerstoscheduleaMassintentionfortheirlovedonesandtoaccommodaterecentlydeceasedindividuals,thefollowingguidelineshavebeenestablished:

1.AllMassrequestsmustbesubmittedinwritingusingthisMassIntentionRequestForm.Theformcanbefoundonourwebsiteatwww.saintmichael-cd.org.YouwillalsofindformsinMarianHall,attheParishOfficeandinthepamphletholdersaroundthechurch.PleasesubmitoneformperMassrequested.

2. The suggested stipend in the Diocese of Columbus is $10.00 perMass. Thisstipendmustbeincludedwiththeformatthetimeofscheduling(cashorcheckspayabletoSt.MichaelCatholicChurch).

3. Each family/group is limited to 12 total Mass Intention requests per calendar year. Of those, only 4 of those may be Saturday Vigil/Sunday Masses. Please submit one form for each request.

4. Youmayreturnthecompletedformandstipendinanenvelopeclearlymarked“Mass Requests” by dropping it in any offering basket during the weekendMasses,bringing it to theparishoffice,orbymailing it, to theaddresson thefrontofthisform.Masseswillbescheduledintheorderthatrequestformsarereceived.Intheeventthatthedateyourequestedisnotavailable,wewillchoosethenextavailableMassfortheMasstimeyourequested.

5.MassIntentionrequestsmaybemadefortherestofthe2019calendaryearandthe2020calendaryear.WeareunabletoacceptMassrequestsbeyondthistimeframe.

MOTHER/SON BOWLINGThe Respect Life Committee will once again have themother/sonbowlingatCapriLanesonFriday,September27 from 6:30-8:30. This year we are booking the entireplace.RegistrationandmoreinformationwillbepostedinSeptember.

PSR INFORMATION FOR FALL 2019-2020REGISTRATION OPEN NOWFaith Formation Classes (PSR) will be from 6:15 p.m.-7:30 p.m. on Mondays beginning on September 16th.On the first Faith Formation Class of eachmonth, wewillbehavingaFamilyCatechesisnight.TheformatofthenightwillbecatecheticalteachingonGod’sPlanofSalvation,withK-5th,6-8th,andparentsessionsteachingthesamesubjectsatdifferentlevels.Then,allthefamilieswillgathertogetherforprayer,worship,andAdoration.Therestofthemonth,PSRforallgradeswillbeheldonMonday,eveningsfrom6:15-7:30p.m.TheseclasseswillberelatedtotheteachingtaughtonFamilyCatechesisnights.Allof theFaithFormationclasswillbe learning thesamecontentatage-appropriatelevelswithappropriategrade-levelactivities.Pleasefilloutregistrationassoonaspossiblewhichisonlineonourwebsite(www.saintmichael-cd.org).Questions?CalltheReligiousEdDepartmentat614-885-3149,ext.331.The deadline for registration is September 1st.
