Toast with Red Spicy Mojo Sauce, Potatoes and Sardines Ingredients: Slices of Bread One jar Red Spicy Mojo Sauce Ayanto from Canary Island Potatoes One tin of Sardines from Galicia in Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes Fleur de Sel Olmeda Orígenes Directions: 1. Peel and cut the potatoes in half centimeter slices 2. Season the potatoes with extra virgin olive and a pinch of fleur de sel 3. Cook the potatoes in the microwave for 6 minutes at maximum power or until is cooked. 4. Toast the bread slices and add one layer of Red Spicy Mojo. 5.
