Strengthened and Upheld by His Righteous Right Hand
Today is October 1st and that mean six months until out target leave date. We have a goal of raising $1000.00 in
monthly support by December 1st. We are excited to see God working in the lives of those we are able to minister
too while raising support. September has been filled with much traveling and many hours of windshield time as of
many missionaries know. As the seasons are changing this has been a great time to enjoy God's creation and
connect with many new friends. Beyond seeing God's beauty, September has been a month of tragedy, trial and
overcoming. Isaiah 41:10 has been a great comfort. Our Lord has definitely strengthened us and upheld us. He has
done this through wonderful family and friend in churches around the nation. We have immensely enjoyed our time
in many of your homes. Your joy, laughter and children has been an uplifting. Through all of these times we are
watching God move in other peoples lives as well as our own. We have been blessed by many churches and
individuals as you all have committed to prayer and financial support. As you know we are still planning to leave April
1st of 2014. Your prayers and support has and will continue to be vitally important in us reaching this goal. We
visited a Turning Church in Janesville and a banner summed it up so well, "Enjoy the Journey". We truly are
Enjoying the Journey, on the mountain top and in the valleys.
For those of you that have not had the chance to support us we pray that the Holy Spirit will give you guidance as to
what your part in the ministry in Colombia that you may be able to be a part of. We are all part of God's master plan
and each serve in different ways. We are called to Go, others are called to Pray an still other is financial support. We
could use a few more monthly supporters to help us get to the next level, which is being able to apply for Visas. We
would like to do this by the end of the year, to be prepared to leave in April. If you are interested in us coming to your
church please contact me at either email, [email protected] or wicksfcf@gmail. We would cherish the
opportunity to come and share.
Thank you all so much for your prayers and support,
Mark, Anna and Cody Futter
