Directions:

Access to the property can be made by leaving the M74 southbound at

junction 9 or northbound at junction 10, taking the B7078 at The Star Truck

scheme claim 2017. The vendor will transfer the right to receive payment for

future claims

Vacant possession will be given to the subjects on a date to be mutually
