• Anyone age 60-plus, along with their spouse of any age, is welcome to dine at a Senior Nutrition Center.

• The Senior Nutrition Program is funded in part by the Older Americans Act and voluntary contributions from participants.

• A suggested donation guideline is posted at each center. Service is not denied based on level of contribution.

• Nutrition Centers provide monthly nutrition and wellness information. Some centers provide taste testing during “Fresh Conversations” discussions.

• Menus are approved by a Registered Dietician to meet dietary guidelines. Meals are low in fat and sodium.

• Printed menus are available at your meal center or online at www.milestonesaaa.org
