Terms and Conditions:

The Flexi-Toll Service is available only with Tata Docomo' post-paid wireless and wireline products. E-mail is a mandatory field. The user ID and password will be mailed

by the service provider to this e-mail ID only. The responsibility of providing an authentic e-mail ID, and subsequently the security of the user ID and password lies with the

service subscriber only. The routing has to be defined by the customer once he receives the user ID and password from the service provider. The customer holds complete

responsibility of defining or changing the Flexi-Toll call termination numbers on IN via the Flexi-Toll website. PIN and IVR based features are not part of the basic Flexi-Toll

Service and hence need to be subscribed separately. Both these features cannot be clubbed with the basic Flexi-Toll features. The Customer has to fill up a separate service

enrollment form and tariff plan for such features. The Flexi-Toll Service (whether Call Local Service or Call Free Service) includes only the following options: Geography,

Time, Condition and Exception List Based Routing. The terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form (CAF) shall apply. This document shall be deemed to form

an integral part of the CAF furnished by the Customer for the telecommunication service provided by the Service Provider.
