A survey of colleges and universities nationwide reveals that 60% of undergraduate students change their major at least one time before graduating.
Most will change majors at least 3 times before they graduate.
Estimates from various sources state that 40% – 60% of the jobs of the future have yet to be created!

Myth #1 – If I change my major I will need to spend more time in school and it’s far too expensive
Myth #2 - If I switch majors, all of the hard work I put into my original major will be wasted.
Myth # 3 – I can’t switch major because I’ve been in this major for years and I don’t know what to switch to.
Provide a process of how to empower and educate students when considering a change of major
Open floor dialogue to share current practices in different units and institutions

LeBow College of Business, ICT ProcessStudents who are currently enrolled at Drexel University who transfer to a different undergraduate program on the same campus are considered intercollegiate transfers (ICT).
Criteria: All students who meet the requirements are able to transfer into LeBow College of Business.
Attend an ICT Informational Meeting and complete a quiz (issued at meeting) which requires them to:
• Research area of interest and field of study • Review their academic record
After completion and research they can make an appointment to complete process with advisor in individual appointment
