On Saturday, November 2nd Donna Hanley and Diane Marvin will be doing the first of 4 special demo days using Deb Tucker Studio 180 Design tools, and techniques. This first session will deal with the Tucker Trimmer, the Quilter’s Magic Wand and making Migrating Geese. You may be saying that you already use these tools BUT we have some new techniques to share with you. There will be three sessions: 10:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00, or 4:00-6:00. There will be a $5.00 charge to attend this demo. We would appreciate pre-registration however walk-ins are welcome. Please consider attending one of these demos to learn some great new ways to use your already favorite tools.

Another pattern from Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 Design. Would you like to make a special table runner as a Christmas gift? Then this class is for you. Or make a great table runner for yourself. The pattern is called Autumn leaves but the leaves can be any color combination that matches your decore. This pattern uses the Wing Clipper I and the Corner Beam rulers from Deb Tucker’s Studio 180 design. If you need these rulers they are available at Sew Nice and will be discounted 10% as a class supply. This is a fun pattern and you will probably be making several for your family and friends. For the comfortable beginner and beyond.

Now is the time for you to learn how to quilt. This Lucky Stars pattern will be your first quilt. Learn how to quilt and start having more fun than you can imagine. This quilt can be made any size from crib to king (although we suggest starting with the throw size) by using fat quarters. The color combinations are endless and we will be glad to help you select your fabrics.

Come learn something new and different. Maria will teach you how to make folded flowers that can be sewn on fabric for a wallhanging or placed on a tote bag, or pinned to your blouse, or just scattered around as decorations. Maria will also be teaching how to make folded praire points. Unfortunately the picture for these praire points didn’t come out very well so you should stop in the store and see them in person. These flowers are made using a flower making tool and fabrics of your choice. So why not do something fun on Black Friday instead of shopping with all the crazy people. For the beginner and beyond.
