top 10 a/pia most successful entrepreneurs
TRANSCRIPT
According to the 2000 Census, the rate of being self-employed of Asian Americans is the highest among the minorities. And the rate of self-employment is increasing in a large number. Even though there are so many Asian Americans having their own businesses, not much of the entrepreneurs are recognizable to the public.
I choose this topic because of the personal interest in the business field and I would like to know how influential are the A/PIA American entrepreneurs in America business world.
There are many successful APIA entrepreneurs, however I decided
to limit the spots to 10 because this makes sure we focus on the
extremely successful entrepreneurs .
Entrepreneurs that are not active in the business or are retired are not included because I want the people on the list are still influential
to the United States.
I first research and make a list of APIA entrepreneur from the
internet.
Then, I make sure the people on the list are A/PIA instead of Asians
or Pacific Islanders. They have to be U.S. citizen or resident of Asian
descent.
From the list, I selected 10 of them according to the amount of
money they made, the company size and the number of employees.
And lastly I make sure that the entrepreneur are still active in the
business world in the United States
