bash became a spectacular event, when a raving blizzard of stars, industrialists, politicians, directors,

producers, singers and who not came in here. Amitabh Bachchan, an emblem of millions and billions of

hearts, when turned 70 on 11th October 2012 made the whole Hindi film industry and the bigwigs and

on 17/10/2012 at Saifs large government bungalow. The decor was depicting the grand Mughal theme

with the help of antique props, which were 200 years old and used for the prettification. Pre-wedding

ceremony at Kareenas dwelling for the sangeet became the talk of the town. Gold and off-white with

mogra flowers made the allurement look more royal and erudite. 600 and more guest were treasuredwith VVIP treatment this evening, which included several politicians and btown celebs. A hurricane of

big shots, like Sonia Gandhi, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Sheila Dikshit, Arun Jaitley, Kapil Dev and many

more respected invitees were presented at the Dawat-e-Walima ceremony organised by Sharmila

Tagore. The five year relationship celebrated their nikhah party at the lavish Taj Hotel, Mumbai. The

hush-hush marriage was registered through court at Saifs home.

Under the tight security, the glamour quotient went on high with the presence of stars and bigwigs of

tinsel town. Shah Rukh, Gauri, Karan Johar, Priety Zinta, Tusshar Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Salmans sister

Alvira, Sonam Kapoor and many made the event a festival of the season.
