How does your money help?

Lewis3 Years Old

Lewis is a little boy who is registered as severely sighted, he has perception of light sight only. This is due to a cerebral visual impairment. He has Brain damage – Encephalomalacia, Unpredictable Epilepsy – Tonic and Absence Seizures, Global Development Impairment and Microcephaly. Lewis and his family required a Medical Bed to assist with Lewis’ safety. Fundraising Events were arranged to help provide Lewis with his bed.Fundraising took place from April 2017 to November 2017 to fund Lewis’s medical bed at a cost of £7,000, this bed was not available on the NHS. The events held to fulfil this dream included, Boxing Events, Dartathon, Family Fun Day, Zumbathon and many more fabulous events. All monies raised showed so many wonderful and enthusiastic fundraisers and their amazing efforts which resulted in bringing smiles to Lewis and his family’s faces.
