I t was another great year for the 2012 Pilot’s Choice awards. With thousands of votes

cast, the pilots have chosen their favorites in the following categories: Top U.S. FBOs, Top U.S. FBOs by region, Top FBO Chains, Top Canadian FBOs, Caribbean FBOs, Top Mexican FBOs, Top ATC Centers and more. Over a thousand FBOs garnered votes in the awards and the pilots’ favorites reached the top. With over 120,000 active pilot accounts, most of which fly multiple trips weekly, FltPlan.com users are truly the customers who frequent these FBOs.

We’ve included our STAR and ACE awards again this year. The STAR category was determined by using airport arrival data to generate a ranking that takes into account the traffic at an airport and the amount of competition on the field. The ACE award recognizes the top 5 FBOS with less than 5,800 arrivals per year.
