At Meet in Cambridge on 17 January 2013, Luan Wise presented her top tips for promoting your event via social media. Luan Wise is a Chartered Marketer with 12+ years’ experience both agency and client side. With diplomas from the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM ) and CAM Award for Digital Marketing Planning, she now works with a number of organisations, including the University of Cambridge, to develop and implement marketing strategies. Luan is hugely passionate about sharing best practice and knowledge – she chairs a Regional Committee for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), sits on a regional board for the CIM and regional council for the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Luan has also judged the prestigious DMA Awards for the past 2 years. In 2012 she was nominated one of the UK’s Top 50 Creative Freelancers.
