An amazing day for Raleigh as they have finally won sports day. Drake scored

1005 points and Raleigh had a whopping score of 1041. Everyone in Raleigh was

bouncing off the walls! Some of the races include the beanbag race, the sack race,

the long distance races, sprints and the skipping race. Scarlett quotes: "I thought

that all the races were really enjoyable." Also in the morning the school did little

sport activities on the field. Everyone enjoyed the activities and had fun.

Quad kids was organised by the Honiton Learning Community and

everyone who went found it really fun and some of the children

quoted:

Becky says: “The category that I most enjoyed was the sprinting.”

Scarlett says: “Long distance and long jump were great and I also

enjoyed all the other events.”

Megan says: “Bring on the games!”

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the

games. All years in ks2 have taken

part in this event.

At quad kids there were a variety

of sports including long jump, long distance running, sprinting and

vortex throw.

Also on the line of sports, Offwell did really well in kwik cricket

and was close second.

Fashion to follow

If you want to stay on top of the fashions this summer then read on.

This summer kimonos, pom-poms and over-sized (long lined) cardigans and other

over-sized items of clothing are going to be in.

Skater skirts are a nice summer chill-out look for every day. They keep you cool

and they come in so many different colours and sizes for not much money. Also

they are great because they can be worn in winter with (ghts, leggings etc

Maxi skirt or dresses can also be great in summer because they can

be styled in so many different ways.

Boys this summer are wearing shorts and t-shirts again… By
