BD-1520 panels are manufactured from aselection of long-life metals including aluminum, zinc, copper, lead-coated copper, and stainless steel, as well as coatedcarbon steel.

Merchant & Evans continues to listen and respond to our customers needs with the Zip-Lok panel system. This Single or Double locking panel system which is mechanically seamed gives design professionals an additional panel systemfrom Merchant & Evans to suit their application needs. In staying with our long tradition of quality engineered panel systems, the Zip-Lok panel provides performance testing data that rivals orexceeds the industry standards. The Zip-Lokpanel can be manufactured in 12", 16" and18" nominal coverage with a 11⁄2" or 2" highstanding seam with optional panel ribs andstriations. As with all our panel systemsthe Zip-Lok Panel can be manufactured in a

number of standard materials 24, 22 Gauge Galvalume (Aluminum/Zinc CoatedSteel) as well as .032, .040 Aluminum. The standard materials can utilize a mill finish or standard 1.0 mil Kynar coating system in a smooth or stucco embossed surface. As always, other materials, gaugesand custom coatings are available.
