He has lead more than 500 workshops around the world using this methodology, and is a leading trainer of LEGO® Serious Play® in Europe.

Sirte PihlajaCustomer Experience Optimiser, CCXP

Sirte Pihlaja (Certifi ed Customer Experience Professional) is the founder and CEO at Shirute, the Customer Experience Agency. For over 20 years, she has advised businesses around the world in strategy, experience design, sales and brand development to diff erentiate their brands by radically improving their CX. Sirte is a sought-aft er designer, speaker and facilitator. She heads the activities of CXPA Finland, the Finnish local networking community and CX insight catalyst of Customer Experience Professionals Association. Pihlaja is one of the fi rst Certifi ed Customer Experience Professionals (CCXP) in Europe.
