MyCitadel wallet is an application, which is used by the merchants associated with the Citadel Commerce application. Merchants use this application to collect the amount from their consumers. This application acts as the mediator between the consumer and the merchant while transferring the amount. Each individual (either merchant or consumer) has to create his or her own wallet in the application through which the transfer of fund occurs.

Citadel Switch is a web application that runs on various Bank interfaces (such as Barclays Bank, Bank Inter, Win Bank, and BBVA), logs into the account, scrapes the transaction details available, verifies the balance every 15 minutes, and dynamically updates the database. This application allows the citadel to validate the consumer account, verify the fund availability in the consumer account, and then facilitate the transaction done by the merchant.
