Total Life Changes Is excited to announce a new tool for all of our members which will allow IBO’s to activate a ‘holding tank’ feature in their revolution back office which will give you the power to place and construct your own genealogy without having to worry about changing the placement preference option in revolution after each sign up of a new IBO. This option will allow you to ‘store’ an unlimited amount of new IBO’s in a temporary holding tank which can be accessed later and will allow each personally sponsored IBO in the holding tank to be placed by you in a specific spot regardless of when they were signed up. There are a few rules to this new functionality that must be mentioned. 1.  ALL reps that are in the Holding Tank on Thursday night at 11:59 PM Eastern Time will be

flushed and place with automatic placement. This placement is alternating from left to right in order of signup date and time. To avoid this please place these reps yourself by Thursday night each week.

2.  This feature will only be available if the option is turned ON in your revolution back office. If you prefer not to use the holding tank option or prefer to choose a left or right placement option that can still be chosen. If the holding tank option is left off you will not need to place any new IBO’s yourself.

3.  TLC can not be responsible for placements that occur automatically because a rep failed to place them before the Thursday night flush so please use this functionality responsibly or simply leave it off if it is not desired.

Let’s now show you how to activate and use the holding tank option in your Revolution back office.

1. Activating your holding tank. Login to your revolution back office and choose ‘my profile’

2. Now click on ‘Edit My Profile’

Now check the box that says ‘place your new signups in your holding tank’

Make sure you scroll down and click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page

Your Holding Tank is now on and ready to capture and hold new IBO signups that enter your business through your TLC replicated website! All new signups will remain in this holding tank until they are placed by you or until 11:59 PM Thursday night each week at which point they will be flushed automatically by the system and placed automatically. Please remember that if you chose to activate the holding tank it will be YOUR responsibility to place the new IBO’s before the Thursday deadline. TLC can not and will not be responsible for reps that are not placed before the weekly Thursday night flush so please use this functionality responsibly. TLC can not move reps once they are placed automatically from the holding tank by our system. All existing TLC IBO’s that are not interested in this functionality should leave this option turned off to avoid undesired placements.

You are now ready to capture new IBO signups and place them as desired. In the following example an existing TLC IBO: (Mr. Joe Sample) has had 2 new signups this week come in through his TLC replicated site link. Both of these reps have been temporarily placed in Joe Sample’s holding tank because he had this option turned on. Joe wants to place these new reps now because the Thursday deadline is quickly approaching so he logs into his Revolution back office to place the new IBO’s.

After login Joe chooses the ‘organization’ menu option

Now Joe chooses the ‘Graphical Downline – Lite’ option which shows his available positions in his genealogy.

Joe has both a left and right position available in his team. He has had 2 new IBO signups on his team. They are New Signup # 1 and New Signup #2. Joe wants BOTH new IBO’s on his left and although Signup #2 came in AFTER signup #1 Joe wants #2 to go in first so he clicks on the ‘place from holding tank’ option in the first available spot on his left.

Joe now chooses New signup #2 in the list below which will automatically

populate the placement fields on this page for him.

Now Joe chooses the ‘Place Selected IBO’ option.

Joe now must ‘confirm’ that he wants to proceed

Joe has successfully placed Signup #2 in the first left position! He has verified this by visiting his ‘Graphical Downline – Lite’ option

Joe is now ready to place Signup #1 directly under Signup # 2 on the left so he simply goes through the placement process again

Joe has successfully placed both his new signups this week exactly the way he wants them and he is very happy! His holding tank is now empty.

We hope you enjoy this new tool and we leave you with these final reminders. 1. Holding Tank placements must be complete by Thursday 11:59pm Eastern time every week or they will be placed automatically by our system. 2. Any spillover that occurs from upline members while your new signups are in the holding tank MAY end up occupying a spot in your downline that you intended to reserve for a new signup. This tool does not guarantee a specific spot, it only guarantees that you can place a new IBO to an AVAILABLE spot at the time of placement. 3. TLC is not responsible for holding tank signup placements that happen automatically during the Thursday night Flush, please place your holding tank reps before then. 4. The Holding tank option can be turned on or off at any time and any rep can choose to not use this tool if they are not interested. 5. Only personally sponsored IBO’s can be placed in your holding tank and their order volumes will not show up in the Binary volume reports until they are placed. 6. TLC reserves the right to end or modify this tool at any time.
