Eachdevicehasapower-cord,andthetwodevicesareconnectedviaanHDMIcable.TheMediaPlayeriseithermountedtothebackofyourDisplay,orstationedatanear-bylocation.AsingleMediaPlayercanserviceuptotwoDisplays.
DisplayTypeWeprovideProfessionalCommercial-GradeLCDDisplaysforallofourDigitalSignageSolutions.Basedonyouruniquesolution,thisdisplaymayalsobeanintegratedtouchdisplay.DisplayPowerTheMainPowerisaswitchlocatedonthebacksideofthescreen,andcanremainswitchedonatalltimes,unlessthepowercordneedstobedisconnectedorunplugged.Allcommercialdisplayscomewithamanufacturer’swarranty.ThePowerindicatorlightnearthebottomofthedisplaycommunicatesthestatusofthemonitor.SleepTimer&OtherSettingsUsingtheremotecontrolthatcamewiththedisplay,youareabletoaccesstheSETUPMENUandadjusttheSLEEPTIMERsettings.Thisallowsyoutosetthetimeinhoursbeforethemonitorswitchestostandbymode.Othermenuscanbeaccessedaswellusingtheprovidedremotecontrol,includingthePICTUREMENU,whichallowsyoutosetthedisplay'spicturemode,brightness,contrast,sharpness,andmore.
MediaPlayerOverviewConnectedtothedisplayviaanHDMICable,themediaplayer(alsoreferredtoastheStation)playsyourcontent.EachMediaPlayerispreloadedwithWindows7operatingsystemandtheSignagePlayerprogram,whichrunsyoursignagepresentation.PerformingaManualRebootSystemerrorsandissuesmayrequiretheplayertoberebooted.Toaccomplishthis:
1. Pressthepowerbuttononce,theplayerwillpoweroffmomentarily
2. Onceoff,wait5-10seconds
3. Pushthepowerbuttonagaintopoweritbackon

TIP2:Toavoidablankzone,neverhavewhitespacein-betweenresources.Clickingthe“RemoveSpacer”Button (locatedabovethetimeline)willautomaticallyadjustallitemswithinthetimelinesotheyareflushedtogether.TIP3:Unlikewhitespacein-betweenresources,whitespaceinachannelafterresourcesisOK,aslongasthechannelisseton“repeattofit”.Todothis,clickonthechannelitselfandmakesure“repeattofit”ischeckedoffinthePropertiesPanel.

NotReadytoUpdate?Ifyourlookingtosaveyourworkwithintheprogram,butdonotwanttoupdatethecontentplayingonyourdisplays,simplyunchecktheboxthatreads“Updatestationswithchanges”.Onlywhenthisboxischeckeddoesyourdisplayupdatewithyourchanges.TIP:Ifyoumakeanerroryoucan’tundo,simplyexitoutoftheprogramandlogbackin.Nochangesaresavedautomatically.
RemoteManagementTheStationsTabontheLeftSidebarNavigationiswhereyoucanremotelymanageyourmediaplayers.Eachstationyouseelistedisanactivemediaplayertiedtoyouraccount.Withastationselected,youcanedititskeypropertiesinthePropertiesPaneltotheright.Thisincludesthestation’snameandthecampaignthestationisplaying.
OnlineStationsIfyourmediaplayerisonline(connectedtotheinternet),youwillseeagreencircle● undertheConnectionColumn.Onlyonlinestationswillreceiveupdates.
Restart/Reboot&SnapshotWithanonlinestationselected:
