Notes: 1) Any associate assigned to a project needs a "3 Step Process" form filled out.2) Inspector is initialing off to verify that each Step was performed.

STEP 3: Observe the Inspector. Give the Inspector the opportunity to walk through each step of the WI with you there to observe, correct, and answer any questions that may come up. Correct mistakes or mishandling by explaining again, why it is important to follow the WI. Once you and the Inspector are confident that the job can be done exactly as described in the WI, have the Inspector sign off on the training log for the project.

STEP 2: Demonstrate the Process. Walk through the inspection steps, demonstrating the correct method step by step to the Inspector and encourage them to ask questions or provide feedback as you go. Demonstrate each step of the Work Instruction.

STEP 1: Read the Work Instructions Together. Read the WI carefully along with the Inspector before beginning the process. Ask questions to ensure the Inspector understands how to conduct the project. Make sure the Inspector understands why the steps are written as they are.
