Dates : 21st July to 2nd August 2017 (12 nights/13 days).

Squads : Beginners (plastic ball), Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 18 and Ladies Team.

Accommodation at 4* hotels on full board basis

Transport in luxury coaches.

Minimum of seven (7) Cricket Fixtures per team.

Longer version games for all squads (minimum 40 overs).

One 2-day match for Under 16 and Under 18.

Training session at Lords with Hawkeye facility and pitch vision video analysis.

• Travel insurance can be arranged through Desert Cubs and further details will be emailed to you once it is available.

• We will also email a list of documents required and the process for obtaining UK visas.

Tour Confirmation & Payment

• Registration is now open and we will accept confirmations up to 21st January 2017 along with AED 3,000/- non refundable deposit per person. Only online registrations will be accepted and the link for registrations will be emailed to you shortly. Alternatively visit www.desertcubs.com for registration

• Players will be admitted to squads on first come first served basis. Each squad will be limited to 13 players and we guarantee minimum six matches per player.

• The package rates are only valid till 21st January 2017 and any confirmations received after this date are subject to availability with no guarantee on the published rates.

• 50% of the tour cost should be paid on or before 31st March 2017 and full payment on or before 31st May 2017.

• Tour payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or direct bank transfer. However payments by credit card will be subject to 2.25% charge.

How can you reduce your Tour cost?

If player/s and/or family members are part of the tour party:

• We will credit 50% of the value of advertisements that you bring in for DCCA Annual Tour Magazine to your tour cost. Excess if any will be paid in cash.

• We will credit 50% of net profit to your tour cost from sponsorships (brand names/logo’s on player’s kits/material) that you bring in. Excess if any will be paid in cash.

Others who are not part of the tour party:

• You will be entitled for 30% cash back of the value of total advertisements that you bring in for DCCA Annual Tour Magazine.

• You will also be entitled for 50% of net profit from sponsorships (brand names/logo’s on player’s kits/material) that you bring in.

• Full details of DCCA Annual Tour Magazine advertisements and sponsorship packages will be emailed to you along with this tour presentation.
