ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES $50. This includes $5 for the Hole-In-One fee. Dues are billed
to your account in December, payable by January 25th and must
be current to be eligible to play. Members joining after June
30th will pay $30, which includes $5 for the Hole-In-One fee.
Membership resignation must be received, in writing, by the
current Membership Chair, prior to January 25th to receive a
refund.

TUESDAY PLAY DAYS
• Tuesday, 9 AM shotgun – unless otherwise
posted. Jan & Feb will be 11am shotgun.
• Tee time notifications are via the Chelsea Tee
Time System and sent by e-mail to members.
• Check-in is no later than 8:30am or 10:30am
for an 11am shotgun.
• Captains: 1st week of month is Player 1; 2nd
week Player 2; etc. (Captains are responsible
for verifying attendance, arranging carts and
confirming course and time of play for their
group.)
GUEST POLICY LWGA Members may bring a visiting friend or family
member as a guest on usual LWGA Tuesday playdates only.
Accommodations will also be made for visiting prospective
members on the Discovery package or as a guest of a current
member. Any such guest must have a USGA handicap of 32.9
or less. Arrangements must be made with the TLC
Tournament coordinator. The greens fee will be paid for by the
guest or member. The guest’s score will not count in the game,
a blind will be assigned.

SIGN UP & CANCELLATION PROCEDURES FOR
TUESDAY PLAY SIGN UP
• Sign up for regular and luncheon day play is
before 4 PM of the previous Wednesday.
• After that time, sign up before 5PM Sunday by
using the Wait List Request form on
LWGA.net.
• You may “take a chance” and show up on
Tuesday 45 minutes prior to play to see if there
is an opening. Please try to bring a cart if you
wish to avail yourself of this opportunity.

up in advance is strongly encouraged.

1. Go to landingsclub.com and login with your
member number and password, or use the Club
App.
2. Select Golf
3. Select LWGA Events
4. A directory of the upcoming events will be
displayed.
5. To sign up for an event, click on the name of
the event you would like to register for.
6. Additional information about the event will be
displayed.
7. Click the blue box on the left entitled ‘Register
Now For’ to register. (Note: If you are already registered, this box will be entitled ‘Your
Registration For’). 8. Click on New Registration
9. Make your selections
10. Click on Register 11. Make sure you check the box at the bottom for
the privacy policy.
12. A confirmation message will be displayed after
you submit your registration. You will also
receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy Prior to Wednesday at 4 PM:
• Go to landingsclub.com
• Select Golf
• Select LWGA Events
• Navigate to the Event you wish to cancel.
• Select Edit Registration
• Select Cancel

• complete the Cancellation Request Form on
LWGA.net or email the Landings Club

• After pairings are posted and before play
day: call the Pairings person (listed as Who to
Call to Cancel on LWGA.net).

• On the morning of play: call your group
captain and the Pro Shop where you are listed
to play.
• If play is canceled, notice will be given via an
e-blast from [email protected]. Notice
will also be posted on LWGA.net, and on the
rain line at 598-3450.
• Signing up for play on General
Meeting/Luncheon automatically includes the
luncheon. To only play golf, call the General
Meetings/Luncheon Chair and cancel your
luncheon reservation. Cancellations for the
luncheon must be received by the preceding
Friday, 4 PM, in order not to be billed.
POSTING YOUR SCORE Tuesday scores must be posted by 4 PM Thursday
following play to be eligible for earning points if
your team wins.
• Using the GHIN App, click on Post Score.

RULES FOR TUESDAY PLAY
• USGA and local rules govern all play.
• Scores that count must be holed out.
• A match of cards per USGA Rules will break all
ties.
• Rules and questions that arise during play should be
resolved by the Golf Professional Staff PRIOR to
the signing and submitting of scorecards.
• Walkers are welcome. When registering for play,
select the walking option.
• LWGA players may play from the Course named
tees (Deer Creek, Magnolia, Marshwood, Oakridge,
Plantation & Palmetto) or the Shorts (where
available) or Skidaway tees if Flight signups have
been made available.
• In the event that inclement weather results in the
cancellation of 25% or more of the posted field, the
game of the day will default to individual PROGS.
If 50% of the field cancels, then Tuesday play is
canceled.

RULES FOR DISQUALIFICATION
A player will be disqualified only if there is no
scorecard submitted or a card does not have a signature
(as stated in USGA Player Rule #6-6b).
EQUITABLE STROKE CONTROL (To adjust score)
For Handicaps Maximum Strokes
0-9 2 over par
10-19 7 max
20-29 8 max
30-39 9 max
If at least 13 holes are played, the remaining holes that
are not played shall be recorded as par plus any handicap
strokes that the player is entitled to receive. A score must
be posted for the round.
PRIZES, AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS Hole-in-One on Landings Courses Only
Eligibility for the LWGA “Hole-in-One” gift requires:
• Complete 18 holes of play in at least a twosome
from any of the club sanctioned tees on any day.
• Notify the Pro Shop at the completion of the
round.

Break Pins on Landings Courses Only
• A Member’s first score below 80, 90 or 100 from the
Skidaway or course named tees should be reported
to the Tournament Chair.
• Recognition will be made at the next General
Meeting/Luncheon.
• Player must “hole out” every putt.
Points for Weekly Play
• Points earned are credited monthly.
• Team play generally pays based upon the number of
teams in a flight.
• A Payout Schedule is posted on LWGA.net.
Most Improved Golfer
• Based on percentage change in index from January
1st to November 15th (USGA formula).
• Must compete and post 12 times in Tuesday LWGA
events.
