The CONCERTS IN THE WEST series of MINI-TOURS started in 2006 offering a broad spectrum of Classical and Baroque music. This gives young professional performers a platform to explore repertoire, and their listeners an opportunity to hear some rarely performed and unusual works that their audience might not be familiar with, as well as some firm favourites.

Our MUSICIANS have studied to post-graduate level or higher at music colleges in the UK and abroad and are destined to be heard all over the world.

This season we have two VENUES in Devon;the beautifully restored St Stephen’s, Exeterand Lower Pulworthy. We return to theBridport Arts Centre, and the Ilminster ArtsCentre. We have a new venue in Lyme Regis, THE HUB (next to St Michael’s Church) and we return to St Michael, Shute. We hope that this will give more people the opportunity

to hear such fine musicians. We are collaborating with Ilminster Rotary to raise money for POLIO PLUS on 6 February.

In order to cover our costs we do ask for yourhelp. We have the CONCERTS IN THE WESTSUPPORTERS’ SCHEME and we hope that you will join it. For information about all the concerts and membership please see our website or telephone/ email us.

We are also planning more MUSIC WORKSHOPS in schools, to be given by some of the musicians performing in 2015.

TICKET PRICES FOR YOUNG PEOPLEWe hope to encourage more children andstudents to the concerts this coming year:Students of 12 and over - half priceChildren of 11 and under - free entry witha family member. School groups and morethan two children with adults will benegotiated separately.
