Depart for Cuernavaca City to visit the cathedral built in the S. XVI immediately after the conquest. Walk to the downtown where the Palacio de Cortes is located. We continue to Taxco. We'll get to Taxco and walk up the center of this beautiful colonial city, known as the "World´s Silver Capital." After lunch walk through its narrow streets admiring the architecture of pink stone and tile roofs. Visit the Parish of Santa Prisca, considered one of Mexico's colonial gems, built in the Eighteenth century by the richest man then, José de la Borda, who thank God for the wealth he had accumulated from the silver mines, he ordered the construction of this parish. Taxco is still the city per excellence de la Plata, so will visit a silver shop to see the development of it. Free time for shopping, and by late afternoon return to Mexico City. End of service
