Issues raised may be referred to Town staff for research and possible future action. IV. MINUTES Consider approval of the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on December 12, 2011. V. REQUEST Consider approval of a request from the Dallas Country Club to stage a fireworks display on April 11, 2012. VI. ORDINANCE Consider approval of an ordinance amending the Town’s Fiscal Year 2012 Combined Operating Budget to appropriate funds distributed to the Town’s employees from the Employees’ Christmas Fund. VII. RESOLUTION Consider approval of a resolution authorizing the Town Administrator to execute any and all documents necessary to enter into an interlocal agreement with Region VIII Education Service Center, Texas Public Agency, to participate in a Cooperative Purchasing Program. VIII. EXECUTIVE SESSION A. In accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 Real Estate the Town Council will convene into closed session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.

1. Deliberate upon a parcel of land owned by the Town adjacent to 4101 Lomo Alto Drive and review the terms of any proposed sale of such land.

2. Deliberate upon the Town leasing temporary office space during construction of the Department of Public Safety/Town Hall Remodel Project.

B. Reconvene into Open Session.

1. Pursuant to Section 551.102 of the Texas Government Code, the final action, decision, or vote regarding A. 1. above, shall be made, if any.
