now one of London’s largest hotel suites; the perfect room to host a wedding up to 60 guests or a drinks reception.

Our Bedrooms Wedding accommodation rates

Regarding accommodation for your guests here at the hotel, we are delighted to offer 10% off the best available rate at the time of booking

(via our website only)

All rates are inclusive of 20% VAT per room and are for maximum 2 guests per room.

If you are expecting a lot of guests to book with us then it is recommended that you speak to our Group Reservations team. We can offer a contracted special rate for 7 rooms or more, giving the best offer

to your guests.

We highly recommend staying the night before in our 2 bed apartments. , This gives you plenty of room to get ready for the big day and can

accommodate up to 4 guests. Feature suites are not always guaranteed therefore we do recommend you book early.

All our event spaces are licensed to hold ceremonies, & each has its own unique charm. Please note that we do not accept ceremony only bookings on Fridays & Saturdays with the exception of last minute bookings. There is a 3 hour room hire & the space is to be vacated by 5:00pm. We do not make arrangements for the Registrars to be present. Couples are advised to contact the London Borough of Tower Hamlets as soon as possible to check the Registrar’s availability.

DECORATIONS While we welcome you to be as creative with your celebration, please be advised that we do not: - Permit the throwing of confetti & rose petals in the hotel. You are welcome to

do so at the entrance of the hotel but please ensure you don’t use dark coloured petals.

- Permit decorations to be stuck on the walls or hung from the ceilings.

MUSIC All DJs & bands are subjected to the approval of Town Hall Hotel & Apartments. Kindly ensure that the hotel is informed prior to confirming your band. Should the vendor not fall within the Hotel’s requirements, the hotel reserves the right to decline the client’s use of the band & will offer alternative options. There is a strict 90 decibel noise limit in place and the bass must be kept to a minimum. Maximum of a six piece band.

PHOTOGRAPHY There is no venue charge for photography on your wedding day but we do ask that you are considerate of our hotel guests in the lobby area.

REGISTRARS We cannot book Tower Hamlets Registrar for you, this must be done by the wedding couple directly. We recommend a ceremony start time of between 1pm - 4pm, this must be booked in before confirming Town Hall Hotel as your wedding venue. Contact 0207 364 0938.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS Our package covers the basic tables, chairs, glasses, crockeries, table linens & white napkins. You may contact external vendors should you prefer to customise your own. Our package also covers a complimentary tasting for the couple. Menu tastings are available Tuesday-Thursday from 1pm - 5pm only.

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT Do note that we only hold dates for seven days with no deposit. To confirm & book your date, a 20% upfront payment is required. Balance payment is to be made 2 weeks prior to the wedding date along with confirming guest numbers, menus, beverage orders & floor plans.
