Please be advised that this office and the undersigned represent Bernardo Moreno ("Developer") and M11 Realty LLC ("Property Owner" and "Applicant"), in the connection with the request for authorization to develop the property at 80-82 Cambridge Street ("Premises") to accommodate a new luxury automobile dealership. The premises is part of the Burlington Corporate Centre Planned Development District approved by Town Meeting in 1988, amended by the May 1993 Town Meeting and further amended by the September 2000 Town Meeting.
As detailed on the enclosed site plan materials, the premises has been designed to accommodate the proposed improvements and special conditions including a 55,000 sq. ft. building with associated surface parking and infrastructure improvements. The amended zoning provisions and special conditions include roadway and signalization improvements, drainage improvements as well as monetary contributions to the Town to effectuate the improvements
Pursuant to the requirements of the Burlington Corporate Centre Planned Development District, we hereby respectfully request consideration of Special Permits pursuant to Sections 12.2.0 and 12.2.2 ofthe Town of Burlington Zoning Bylaws. (Special Permits: 1) Luxury Automobile Dealership and Associated Infrastructure and Parking; 2) Luxury Automobile Dealership; 3) Hazardous Materials; 4) Discharge from Manmade Structures; 5) Maintenance of Existing Water Courses and Essential Services. In order to effectuate this request, we have enclosed one original and twelve (12) copies ofthe following materials:
