PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST CLASS. No refunds or make-ups for missed days. A processing fee of $7 will be charged for all

cancelations after a registration has been processed. If minimum class size is not met by Wednesday prior to the start of class, the class may be canceled. In the event that the

District cancels a class, you will recieve a full refund. Outdoor classes are canceled in the event of lightning .

Manners & Etiquette for Children 7-12yrs

Students build self-confidence and learn how to properly interact & communicate with family, friends and their community. Imagine your child learning proper etiquette skills and having fun at the same time. Through fun-filled games, skits, contests,

and role playing exercises, girls and boys are taught proper etiquette from the playground to the dinner table. Training in-cludes self presentation, direct eye contact, table manners, table setting, the proper use of dinning utensils, respect for others,

appreciation, conversation & public speaking skills, sportsmanship,etiquette at home & public places and lots more.

Aqua Aerobics / Fitness 18+This class will rotate each meeting between Aerobics & Fitness based classed. Water Aerobics is fun in the water and a way to gain strength and improve weight management while using the waters resistance as a tool. While the fitness portion will use resistance tools that include buoyant water weights and noodles. Because of their low impact format, Aqua Fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Participants may bring and use their own water shoes and gloves, weights and noodles. Working out in the pool is excellent not impact way to build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility. The Discovery Bay Communi-ty Center is located at 1601 Discovery Bay Blvd. The Community Center has multiple rooms and a outdoor BBQ area. Consider the community center for your next birthday party, meeting, or a family get together.

REFUND POLICY: Customer requested refunds/transfers NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST CLASS. No refunds or make-ups for missed day. A processing fee of $7 will be charged for all cancellations after a registration has been processed. If minimum class size is not met by Wednesday prior to the start of class, the class may be canceled. In the event that the District cancels a class, you will receive a full refund. Outdoor class are canceled in the event of lighting.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT AND PHOTOS: On behalf of myself and/or any minor child named above, I acknowledge that I am (minor is) in good physical condition to participate in the activity but that accidents and injuries can arise from such participation. Knowing these risks and in consideration of acceptance of my application, I voluntarily desire to participate (have minors participate) in this activity and assume all risks and waive and release Town and its officers, employees and agents from any claims or liability for personal injury (including death) or property damage arising from or connected with participation in the activity, even if the liability may arise out the negligence or carelessness of the District or its officers, employees and agents. I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the District and its officers, employees and agents, who through negligence or carelessness might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns). In the event of injury or illness, I consent to and agree to be responsible for transportation to a medical facility and whatever examination, procedure or treatment considered necessary by the medical personnel. This assumption of risk, release and hold harmless is binding on my heirs, dependents, executors, administrators, and assigns. I agree to abide by any rules and regulations for the activity. I give consent to the Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District to photograph or video the participation for any legitimate purpose by the District or the sponsors of an activity.
