Written FEMA documents will be reviewed by Commissioners and discussed at theAugust meeting.

Blades Comprehensive Plan, last updated in 2008, has had no changes and therefore doesnot need to be updated.

Report to the Town Council Since our minutes are presented to the council each montha separate report is not required.

Commissioner terms Commissioners are to be appointed for 5 year terms, one termexpiring each year. Since several commissioners were initially appointed to fillunexpired terms of former commissioners, term expiration dates became confused.Correct expiration dates are:

1. On Tuesday, June 11,2013, Chief Edwin Cooke attended the DelawareChiefs' Council meeting held at the Dover Police Department in Dover,Delaware.

2. On Wednesday, June 19,2013, Chief Edwin Cooke attended the SussexCounty Police Chiefs' Association meeting held at the BayleafRestaurant in Milton, Delaware.

3. On Thursday, June 20. 2013, the swom members of Blades PD receivedpatrol rifle firearms training on the Sig516 223 system and now calTYthat weapon system as a patrol weapon. The second photo is the weaponsystem before the optics, CalTY sling and the light system are attached.

4. The eighth amlUal Blades Community National Night Out is scheduledfor Tuesday, August 6, 2013 in the Blades Park.
