The #h%sicalconditions existing in the #ro#osed site and theircom#ati!ilit% =ith de elo#ment #rogramme o the (uthorit%.He =ill a##ro e the in rastructure design to !e su!mitted !%the s#onsor at later stage and the #ossi!ilit% o lin ing thescheme =ith =ater su##l% se=erage net=or o :=adar +it%.

    '+ Dire$t"r T"?n Planning GDAHe =ill scrutini e Site &lan, hasra &lan, su!mitted along =ith the#ro#osal in order to ensure their correctness and identi %8locate itin the :=adar8/aster &lan (rea to ascertain its #ro#osed use. He=ill assess the #ro#osal so as to ensure that it does not come inconKict =ith an% #ro#osed8notifed scheme o the (uthorit% or an%other scheme o the :o ernment or Semi4:o ernment agenc%#rocessed and a##ro ed !% the (uthorit%. He =ill also ensure that#ro#er To=n &lanning Standards are !eing ado#ted as #er Scheme

    egulations.

    The #lanning #ermission shall !e granted or re used !% thecommittee in a #eriod not exceeding 6 da%s rom the date o acce#tance o the a##lication or #lanning #ermission in the oJceo the Director To=n &lanning.

    the committee on the a##lication or &lanning &ermission tothe s#onsor =ithin a #eriod o 3 da%s a ter committeeNsmeeting. The a##ro al or the grant o &lanning #ermissionshall !e su!-ect to the terms and conditions a##ro al !% thecommittee

    B2C n case o!-ections are raised !% the committee on thea##lication or the grant o #lanning #ermission, the caseshall !e reconsidered !% the committee as soon as thes#onsor remo es the o!-ections. This reconsideration o thea##lication !% the committee shall !e treated as a resha##lication or #lanning &ermission. The committee shalla##ro e or re-ect it, as the case ma% !e, =ithin a #eriod o 6 da%s a ter the acce#tance o the a##lication or &lanning&ermission !% the oJce o the Director To=n &lanning.

    B3C The Director To=n &lanning ma% allo= the inclusion o anadditional area to the extent o 2 O o the total area or=hich the initial #ro#osal or #lanning #ermission had !eenmade !% the s#onsor and granted !% the +ommittee, i thearea #ro#osed or inclusion is contiguous and ulflls all there9uirements or the grant o #lanning #ermission.
