Removing Factory Rails:

1. Remove front and rear plastic end caps from factory rails by pushing down from aboveand lifting outer edge away from the base.

2. Remove centre caps by inserting a �at head screwdriver in the join between the cap and backing. Pull cover outwards to remove.

3. Remove all of the retaining bolts and the railsfrom roof. Leave rubber strips in place.

10mm unistrut

Installing rails and roof rack:

4. Apply sealer in and around 16 exposed factory roof holes. Fit 8 locating lugs using 8mm hardware.Do not fully tighten.

5. Attach rails to lugs using 10mm hardware.Do not fully tighten.

6. Attach 10mm unistrut hardware to top side of rails.Do not fully tighten

7. Place rack on rails and centre rack.Fully tighten in order: Lugs to roof Rail to lug Rack to rails
