BRIEF HISTORY

Prior to 1994, Zicom Group Ltd (ZGL), first known as Quokka Australia Ltd (QAL) was suspended from ASX, after having sold its then operating business

1994 QAL (renamed Zicom Australia Ltd - ZAL) relisted after a share swap with Zicom Pte Ltd, Singapore (renamed Zicom Holdings Pte Ltd - ZHPL).

1996 ZAL acquired Rheem Australia’s concrete mixer through subsidiary Cesco Australia Ltd.

2005 ZAL had only one operating business in Australia. ZHPL then owned

30.27 % of ZAL

2006 ZAL acquired the entire shareholdings of ZHPL in a Reverse Take-over and was renamed ZGL. ZGL’s businesses became a diverse range spanning marine offshore, oil and gas, construction equipment and precision and automation engineering with operation in Asia.
