RRAP TPA Rapid Rail Access System

UTAS Specifications HighlightsDimensions• Standard ramp sections are 4 metres in length• Flat manoevering deck area is approximately 4m x 2.3m• Total track access system area when deployed is approximately 5m x 3m

Weight• Ramp sections are no heavier than approximately 1.0 tonne per item

Stillage Weight• Stillage with UTAS: 2,450kg• Stillage empty: 350kg

System Parts• The full ramp kit consists of 2 outer ramp sections and 1 inner deck sec tion with 2 centre end ramps

Load Bearing Capacity• 50 tonne load• Tracked machines up to 50 tonnes• Rail axle loads up to 20 tonnes• Road vehicle axle weights up to 20 tonnes with a minimum chassis ground clearance of 300mm

Installation Time• Full ramp kit, inclusive of the 3 sections can be fully installed and ready for use in less than 20 minutes.• Deployed in just 3 lifts by an excavator/crane with lifting chains.

Note• The UTAS RRAP is not approved to be used on the Bull Head Track style of rail line, due to the clearance and “chairs” in which the rail sits.
