TERMS OF SALE: All sales are F.O.B. shipping point. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoicewith credit approval. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on past due invoices.

SALES TAX: A Sales Tax Exemption form must accompany your order. Call your nearest TPI branch to obtainthis form.

RETURNS: No goods shall be accepted for return without prior written authorization of TPI. There will be a25% restocking charge on all returned goods (non-processed, original shipped condition) accepted by TPI. Noreturns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery to you, our customer. Goods which have beenprocessed or fabricated may not be returned.

CANCELLATION: Any cancellation must be approved by Total Plastics, Inc. and may be subject to restocking

and other charges.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All items are produced to standard commercial specifications and tolerances. Any defect or variance in specifications arewarranted by the manufacturer. Total Plastics, Inc.™ liabilities are limited to the cost of the defective material or part.

CREDIT: All open account purchase orders must be signed by an authorized person. Please indicate if it is a confirming order. To request an openaccount, supply a bank reference and three trade references. Credit terms may be withdrawn from any customer who fails to maintain their accounton a current basis. Customers are liable for any and all legal fees incurred in collecting delinquent accounts.

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order is $75.00. The minimum may be higher on special items. Orders for less than the minimum invoice amount willbe charged a small order charge of $15.00.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Total Plastics, Inc.™ accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa as payment, as well as checks, money orders andtraveler’s checks. For credit card purchases, a copy of the cardholder’s driver’s license is required.
