UNIT B – MOTORCYCLE (Two or Three-Wheel Motor Vehicles)

Headlight (high and low beams) Taillight Brake light License plate light Horn Brakes, front and rear (adequate to stop and hold the vehicle) Handlebars (not higher than 15 inches from seat)

Tires (1/32 inch tread, no exposed cord or tread separation, approved for highway use by D.O.T.) Exhaust system (good working order, no excessive noise or annoying smoke) Seat (permanently attached) Rearview mirror on left side (adjustable). Not required on vehicle if helmet has a mirror. Differential gear (three-wheel vehicle only)

A scrap titled trailer must be dismantled, removing the body from the frame, before using the frame to build another trailer.

UNIT C – TRAILERS 3,000 POUNDS GROSS WEIGHT OR LESS (Gross Weight = trailer weight plus load)

NOTE: A Michigan title must be applied for if the trailer weighs 2,500 pounds or more empty
