Tailored Crushing ActionWhenitcomestofinesminimisation,thereisnobettercrushingsolutionthanadouble-rollcrusher.Unlikeanimpactor,whichcreatesahighamountoffinesduetothehighenergyreleasedthroughimpact,therollcrusherforcesmaterialthroughaconstantlymaintainedgap,whichusesonlyenoughenergytocrushthematerialdowntothesizeofthegap.Whenrunningattheintended300-400tonsperhour,efficiencyisevenfurtherimprovedasthematerialisfedintothecrushingchamberattheexactsamespeedthatthedrumsarespinning,minimisingattritionandfriction.

TheDoppiaTracDR400isamechanical-hydraulicallydrivenmachineandfittedwithaVolvoengine.Itisaself-drivenmobilecrushercapableofproducingupto400t/h.Thecrushingchamberincorporatesbothafixedandslidingdrum.TheslidedrumisusedforCSSandhasaheavy-dutyreleasesystembuiltinfortramprelief.Thedischargeconveyorisfittedwitha1.2mwidebelt.TheDoppiaTracDR400hasa6m3loadbinandmachinetotalweightis27,000kg.TheDoppiaTracDR400incorporatesasimplerelaylogicelectricalcontrolphilosophy(noPLC)withtheabilitytoreversethedrumstoclearanyblockage.
