• Needed a way to track Issues, Modification Requests and Project moves

• Originally not written in PeopleSoft and data was spread such that it was difficult to tie into PeopleSoft

• Rewrote in PeopleSoft to allow closer ties to actual product

• Items can be assigned to one or more development/test areas

• EMAIL of item can be sent

• One or more developers can be assigned to an issue/modification

• Priority and Status are tracked

• Place for PeopleSoft Ticket#/Report#

Introduction• Software downloadable - website at end of

presentation

• Presentation meant as an instructional guide as well as an installation guide

• We currently have this database in it’s own environment, but you could place it in any Peoplesoft application you want

• Oracle Database used at UCF

Background

• Needed a way to track Issues, Modification Requests and Project moves

• Viewing/Changing of the Business Requirement of the modification

• Viewing/Changing of the Functional Requirements of the modification – Filled out by functional team

• Viewing/Changing of the Technical Requirements of the modification – Filled out by the technical team

• Supporting documents tied to the mod

• Tracks projects which have been assigned to this modification

• Tracks Scope, Requested By, Approved

• If a mod was an issue, issue data elements are still available

• Import Datamover Data into AUD

• Use App Designer to:– Adjust which records you want to copy from AUD, you

may not want to copy all of the - ie the tools table included in the project.

– Review other upgrade values on upgrade tab.

• Use App Designer to copy to Database (NOT DMO)– Review all elements to make sure that the copy was done

correctly.

• Currently all tables are in LEAP tablespace, adjust as necessary.
