DHANSAK Medium spice with a distinct balance between it’s sweet and sour flavour. Our Dhansak is a perfect mixture of lentil seasoned in cumin, garlic and fresh ginger. BALTI Sautéed in onions, coriander, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes and tamarind sauce. KORAI Cooked to perfection in finely ground spices, fresh creamy coconut milk, Tamil black pepper and roasted chillies. JALFREZI Cooked in our Chef’s specially prepared chopped tomatoes, sliced green chilli, ginger and herbs. Garnished with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions.
