Ingredients 14 gołąbki
-700 g of ground pork
-100 g rice
-2 medium onions
-medium - sized cabbage
-1.5 liters of broth (meat or poultry of vegetables)
-400 g of tomato sauce (puree)
-1 tablespoon flour
-salt , pepper and fresh thyme
-4 tablespoons of thick sour cream

Two separate vessels put meat and rice, and then cook.
Peel onions, grate and add to the meat with rice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix all and knead well with your hands.
Shape into small oblong chops.

Cut out the middle of the cabbage, then put it in a large pot of boiling water.
Cook for about 8 minutes in low temperature.

Remove the cabbage from boiling water and cool it.
Dismantle the cabbage leaves, then put cooked portions of meat.
Wrap as croquettes.

On the bottom of a large and wide pot put a few leaves of cabbage.
Put gołąbki on top.
Boil broth in another saucepan and pour over gołąbki.
Cover it and cook for about 45 - 60 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Preparation of tomato sauce
Add tomato paste and flour mixed with a few tablespoons of previously cold water. Boil, season with salt, pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add thyme and cream.
Pour into the pan with gołąbki and cook everything for about 10 minutes, uncovered.
